how can i "hack" mi ps3

Hello! i have a PS3 Slim, which serial ends in CECH 30...A, i wanna hack it with PS3XPLOITS, but i dont know NOTHING about this, how can i "hack" mi ps3? And what is CFW, HEN, HAN,Multiman?
Edit: The version of the ps3 is 4.85

You can only install HEN

CECH-30xxx models only support HEN (they cannot install CFW), so it's your best bet. It's totally safe, and of course it won't destroy your PS3.

Yes, but connecting to PSN while using any console exploit could have the potential for a ban so you do so at your own risk. Having said that, I don't recall hearing about anybody being banned using HEN but it's not impossible.
