Hi sorry to be a pain but I'm wondering if someone here can tell me how to change my Coldboot logo on ps3 ,hfw 4.89 and hen

Enable dev_rewrite in, for example, webMAN MOD and replace coldboot.raf in /dev_rewrite/vsh/resource/ via FTP.

I suggest you to try Ultimate Toolbox by DeViL303. It works on CFW & HEN.
It has a huge collection of Coldboot logos ready to use which can be selected with a single click on XMB.

If you want to use your own custom coldboot, then follow Colek's answer above.
