I imagined the sellotape that won't let go of something like a switch or anything, so I tried putting sellotape on and pressed something above the power button, and it still not spinning automatically. The truth is that the laser was moved but the laser can't scan the disc while the lid is open. When I close the lid, it will.
So I removed the sellotape and the laser will scan the disc if the lid is closed completely or nearly closed.
