How to modify PS3 Backedup Games/Update/Install files?

Dude it depends on the game of tools exist, share common file format or more. You will for sure need ps3tools which can be found here. There isn't a AIO tools but forums here can help to a degree. Also psdevwiki or Nexus mods can help. Some games only need the eboot modified for cheats. Others need assets done and then we have to see if the particular container has been documented to break it down. If not even more work but try RTM tools and Apollo first to get started.
