How to uninstall?

Hello,

  • I have the latest version of HEN prior to the PS3 4.88 update. How can I remove the HEN so that I can update the firmware and sign-on?
  • I have not had HEN long and only use it for one thing that is minor and I can do without. How long does it typically take to update HEN for new system updates?

HEN will be removed when you install HFW 4.88.

4.88 HEN should be released before long.

you only need to update if you use PSN!

Excuse my ignorance, I followed a video on how to install HEN sometime ago and now that there's an PS3 update with no video tutorial presence or clear instructions available, I'm wanting to ensure I'm clear before risking getting banned.

I clicked on Enable HEN which installed the 3.0.3 and I went to the ps3xploit site through the ps3 browser to download the 4.88 HFW. NOW I can download the PS3 update without the risk of removing HEN or being banned or SHOULD we never being downloading the SONY update through the ps3?

Between gab, the forum, and the exploit site, there is a lot of technical jargon and processes that honestly I'm a novice too.

A clear video would work wonders.

do not let the ps3 download the update from sony. you need to install hfw 4.88 and then hen.

i do not use psn so i do not know how to avoid ban.
