PS3HEN How to update from 4.90 to 4.91?

I wanna access web man but whenever I try to download it whether it's by a usb or from the website the folder still doesn't appear for me ? I'm trying to download the installer and it worked but when it finishes "installing" and it restarts the system nothing seems to happen no webman folder in sight.
 
I don't understand. The title asks for help updating from FW 4.90 to FW 4.91, but you are asking questions about WebMAN MOD.

So, which is your real problem here?.
 
I just put the reason for why I'm trying to update 4.90 to 4.91 so that's the main problem.
I wanna know how to update from 4.90 to 4.91 so that webman works.
 
Kinda new to modding and stuff so would you mind telling me if this is what you meant by HFW 4.91 PUP?

Hello everyone, I want to update my PS3 from version 4.91 to 4.92 or just reinstall 4.91 HFW to remove HEN. When I try to update, I always get the message that updating is not allowed, but I don't want to do it via USB. Is there any way to remove this update block? Sometimes people don't have a PC or a USB drive, and it becomes a hassle when they just want to update to go back online, even if it's on OFW.

There is an option in Network -> HFW Tools to enable system update. Search for "Block Firmware Updates" feature or similar.

This is enabled by default so people (or Sony) update the console without their consent.
