How to upgrade from 3.55 to 3.60

Hello ,I have PS3 3.55 and I want to upgrade it from 3.55 to 3.60! is it possible?
And does anyone have the link of firmware 3.60?, I couldn't find it.

Format your flash drive as fat32 MBR, and put the file at /PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP (must be all upercase).

Same problem, Other firmwares like 3.55, 4.10, etc.. are fine!
I think the problem from the firmware itself, Do you have another link?

make sure your usb is fat32 with MBR (not GPT).

Some firmwares work ok, for example I downloaded 4.20 from a random site, and when I tried to install it, I got this message "No Appli..."
But when I tried to download it from another site, It worked fine

maybe you have some bad downloads. check the md5 of the file against the md5 listed with the download.

Thank you, Already checked! :( , I couldn't find an active link to download this version 3.60, I will do my best to find one
