How to upgrade HDD from COBRA 7.55 compatible

The Hitachi HTS545016B9SA00 (160gb) was the factory hdd ?
And you bought the PS3 in a shop as new.... or you bought it used ?

Im asking because is the first time i see this hdd in a PS3 (and is missing in wiki)

Ok, i was reading your previous messages... so this PS3 had a previous owner
Then we are not sure if the hitachi 160gb hdd was the original :/

About the ftp speeds im not sure... but i have to insist in trying other ftp softwares
The client in PC side doesnt makes much difference, if you look at the test results of the page in wiki you will see flashFXP has a very small improvement, but filezilla is almost the same

The servers in PS3 does a big difference though, iirc webman ftp speed was capped a bit to prevent problems, you can try with this https://github.com/jjolano/openps3ftp/releases
Or with the ftp integrated inside rebug toolbox (this one used to have good speeds)

I installed rex verzion of openps3ftp but didn't show up in xmb!? Now I notice that I have even slower speed by webman and multiman, max 11MB/s. WTF!?
 
Now i measure time for same games and with same save games on both drives and wd500GB is faster than hitachi 160GB in loading game. But something is up to ftp speed. Is there some kind of software that could be installed which will work in back and do ftp speed faster? :) Like it is something on hitachi drive installed or set to have better ftp speed.
