So bud we need some more info. This like any other help question needs as much info from the end user.

Model, firmware & any prevalent to the issue will help. In this case have you tried wifi and/or LAN? Have you reset the network in the settings portion of the XMB.

As for custom firware what version you are running. If CFW you should see an Install Package on the XMB. Or maybe the coldboot like Ferrox, EvilNat, Rebug, Habib have a logo upon first booting up.

Right now with the info you gave bud could be any number of things or combination or things as well. Plugins & apps exist to limit access to things like this as well. Most likely not an issue but could be a culprit so without some details you see makes it tough.

Thinking this could be your Wifi/Bluetooth card. But 2nd what atreyu187 said, need more info.

hardware problem.

It happened to me a long time ago. I forgot to connect the wifi adapter which also gives you bluetooth. You have to open the console and check that it is connected, or maybe you need to change it.

I have had experiences where I've bought "refurbished" consoles and they've shipped with the wireless card disconnected entirely.

This could definitely be the case for you as well, but before we take any further steps you should go ahead and answer the questions @atreyu187 has posed to you.
