PS3HEN I need help. (Firmware update)

I may need help. I can't update my device so i can connect to psn can someone help me how to unistall these apps. I have an error everytime i try to update my device it says until further notice please remain with this firmware visit ps3xploit for new exploit announcements regarding newer firmware versions. Its been 1 year and i still have this error. Thanks

try booting in recovery mode, and update using USB.

Try 'Update via Storage Media' with USB. Are you wanting to keep on using HEN? If so, install HFW 4.86.1 and then re-install HEN v3.0.1.

If regular USB does not work, then do it via the recovery menu/safe mode. USB needs to be formatted as FAT32 with MBR (GPT does not work. MiniTool Partition Wizard is a good free tool for doing this. The file needs to be named PS3UPDAT.PUP and needs to be located on the USB drive like so, where X is your USB storage's drive letter:
X:\PS3\UPDATE\PS3UPDAT.PUP
