PS3 I NEED HELP UPDATING FROM 4.82 HAN EXPLOIT

I just would like to know what I should do about updating and the new HEN exploit. I have a ton of games and would like to keep them, as well as an emulator installed. Do I just need to update to 4.84 via the system update then install the 4.84.2 exploit update via usb and reinstall HAN? Do I delete the previous HAN that was installed? Will I lose my ability to play the games I installed? I hear that the new exploit is still a bit buggy. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
Update to OFW 4.84 them install HFW 4.84.2, then install han, them if you want install hen, you will no lose any data in the end.
 
Just do as those simple steps :
  • put HFW 4.84 PUP in PS3/UPDATE/(rename HFWxxxxxxx.PUP to PS3UPDAT)
  • Install it from XMB if that didn't work then install from recovery/safe mode menu
  • put HAN support files in root of USB then navigate to ps3xploit website HAN Section then HAN Installer
  • PS3 will reboot and you will have Package Manager now put HEN_v2_Offline_Installer_HDD_signed.pkg in root of USB
  • Navigate to ps3xploit website then HEN Section click on Enable HAN PKG Blind
  • then go to Package Manager in Game Column Click on Install Then Standard then Click on HEN_v2_Offline_Installer_HDD_signed.pkg it will install then finish after that
  • Turn Off Your Console ... Power it on again and you will have Enable HEN in game column with app_home/PS3_GAME/ along with Package Manager know to use Homebrew,Apps,Unofficial Signed Apps,Mod Menus
You must use Enable HEN after each boot caue the exploit is not permanent its temporarly :)

I should update the ofw first via the system update right? Then do these steps?
 
Also, do I need to delete the previously installed HAN or will that sort itself automatically from reinstalling after the new hwf?

It is not installing the package manager when I install HAN from the browser. It says HAN enabled but not showing in my XMB.
