Installing HAN or cfw on a debugging ps3.

i recently came across a ps3 debugging station (DECH-3000a) I wanted to install cfw on it but after looking into it it looks like cfw only works on units that shipped with firmware lower than 3.56. I haven't been able to get the min check to work but on the system update screen it says "update data of version 3.66 or later can be installed on this system". So i decided to install HAN instead.
Can I install HAN on this ps3? if so how?

Bump.
looks like i want hen, but when i try to install the 4.84 HFW through the recovery menu it gives me an error, probably because my console has DEX not CEX. So i though i could go from DEX to CEX, but everything online uses homebrew applications, which i tried installing but won't run because there unsigned.
Can anyone help me?
