PS3 Is it possible to get "Video settings" back in the XMB menu while on 4.9 CEX Cobra 8.4?

So I got PS3 which a friend modded for me.
It is running 4.9 CEX Cobra 8.4.
I need to access some seating from the BD/DVD menu but the "Video settings" menu is missing.
I have red that in order to do this I have to use Rebug toolbox and be on Rebug DEX in order to switch the XMB operation mode to retail.
I would just like to know if this can be done on my current CFW.
And if yes, how?

i would try reinstalling the pup file for Evilnat 4.90 CEX. here is my guide for that. search the forum for the 4.90 release thread to download the pup. most likely you need the one that only says CEX.

you should not need the toolbox or dex. most features of that toolbox only work with rebug 4.84 and below. dex mode is not needed because you are on cex. cex should have video settings without switching xmb menus.
