While browsing on reddit about pros and cons of each format(iso , pkg , folder) ,I came across comment saying
that,
ISO files loaded on external hdd (connected by usb) is faster than internally installed pkg
because of parallel loading from two sources
( internally installed files AND simulated disc drive external hdd)

Can someone put the nail on the head by ordering the performance(speed and loading times) of these options
1. Internal HDD installed pkg
2. internal ISO loaded by (webman)
3. external ISO using ntfs HDD

p.s.
already seen some posts about this topic but most revolves around compatibilty , modding or how one format is easy to setup than another(copying and installing time)

I am only looking to find out about the load times and overall game performance.

Cheers
