PS5 Is there a way to give away a PS5 game code here?

I got it with my PS5 but already have the game for PS4/PS5. It's for the PS5 only version.
I have no desire to make money from it but give it to someone.

any specific region? for example I have a US account but I know that if the code is for Europe you can't use it

I don't know which game code you have, but if it's for US then I could use it
