Is there an app for forcing video modes?

For games that don't officially support 1080p.
The main game I am referring to is Skyrim.

Try to only tick "1080p" option, untick "1080i" and "720p" options on video settings(Maybe it can change different options if you dont use HDMI.). This option will work some games but graphic quality will worse.

i think you can tick 1080 in param.sfo but am not sure about the results
