XBOX 360 Is there anyone is AUSTRALIA who would hack my 360?

I have an Xbox 360 S that i am interesting in installing a custom dashboard. However it is not as easy as PS3/PS4 to mod which ive just learned. So i would like to know if there is anyone i could send my unit to who can help me hardmod it?
 
no luck unfortunately. Does anyone else have any other ideas? Obviously I don't mind to reimburse someone for their services
