PS3 Launching ISO from Webman runs the games in lower resolution on my screen, like letterboxed

I set up webman and hen on a 720p TV monitor, when I moved my ps3 to a 1080p monitor, the XMB and everything is in 1080p, after I go into webman games, and select a title that works (i think i need to decrypt some, idk) The game launches in a smaller window on my 1080p screen.

There is a big black border wrapping the entire game screen like the game is running in 720p. The games in question are 3D dot game heroes, and Hot shots golf.

I tried to go into the webman settings but I don't see anything that could be causing this. I hope someone has an idea.

Late response, but I don't think those games run in 1080p.
However you might be able to have the TV/monitor scale/stretch the image, otherwise check the video settings in the games to see if there's an option to fix it.

Yeah, not all games run in 1080p. I think the tales of games are an example of that.
