Macbook OS installer need help

Hi guys i don't know where to ask help so i just come here Off topic lol

I got an old macbook pro from a friend i think its 2009 or late , the hard drive partition faild so i can only run recovery using R+command ( OS X ).

The thing is i change the HDD to new one
But i have faild to boot any installer not even network installer working . I followed everystep on youtube using widows or another Macbook to make USB installer but the only thing i get is this sign , if i did not try to boot from usb i get a folder and a question mark within( booting from usb by holding" Alt")

tried to flash usb stick using Windows and Mac catalina Vmware, tried El capating Sierra , High Sierra and lastly Catalina that gives me this sign() gray color when i try to boot from usb and click on install of catarina

Need help plz i can give you pic if ypu want
 
Try use bdu to make vanilla (stock) recovery usb stick, choose latest supported dmg for your macbook. And of course DO NOT install any bootloader eg clover or freedos. You can untick in settings of bdu

So this tool wil create recovery boot that is different from official installer?
