I'm trying ferrox but I get the same error

The CFW could be the issue, I would suggest trying any 4.84 CEX CFW you can find (obviously make sure it's reputable). If it still isn't working, make sure you're using the right flasher according to your PS3 model (NOR/NAND).

I tried that and it was the right version I have a nor and flashed it with the nor flasher

Try Updating it from xmb this time, Heard that works.

Or else verify the md5 checksum of the pup file in your usb. Make sure it matches the cfw one.

Could be a bad usb.

Yes if you wanna sign in you must use something like sen enabler. You still risk getting banned tho.
