click the one you have and copy all the pkg links from that file. you can just copy and paste the links into your pc/phone browser and it will download.

Update, I downloaded the file... for the current update for gta v( the latest one), I click on it while on XMB... but then it acts like it's doing something fails... then restarts my ps3 saying I need to update my software to 4.70... then restarts then says file corrupted.. but I hit cancel so it doesn't try and revert my CFW...
