Hello guys
i am in need of desperate help with nor flasher. as i click on patch nor memory my ps3 freezes if there is any solution please help me
well actually thing you listed above i tried everything. if i put my usb in the right port my ps3 freezes and if i put my usb in the left port it carries out the process but nothing happens.Could be a couple of things. I would start at the beginning again. Reformat your flash drive, clear history, cookies. You need to give more details.

I am on 4.84 HFW.What firmware are you on now? 4.82 ? 4.84?
I am using a 4 gb usb stick.Maybe your thumb drive is to large. Try another USB thumb drive

Yes my usb drive is recognized as i used the same usb to install han on hfw. Oh and my ps3 is a slim 2508B and its minver is 3.50 and aboveMake sure that your USB is recognized on your PS3, You can simply check to see if your drive is mounted via browsing Photo Album section.

No i am not using any hub the usb stick is directly plugged into the right most port which is near the bluray drive.hmm I can only think of the reason being your USB isn't dev_usb000 (default), are you using USB HUB by any chance? and which USB port is being used at the moment?

Yes, i am using the correct page aswell and i am not able to perform nor patch online as whenever i click on 4.84 nor option nothing happens so i just make a local server from pc which is connected to my ps3 over my wifi router. the exploit initializes successfully but the problem is with the option "Patch NOR Memory" as whenever i click it my console freezes.Unless you're using wrong flasher (for 4.82), it should be able to read flash_484.hex from your USB. are you sure using the correct page?

Thank you for the help. I will try it as soon as I get home.Try formatting your USB to FAT16. It only suggests that the flasher fails to read the file from USB.
http://**ps3xploit.com >Domain no L...(ps3xploit.me =new)/hfw/dumper/index_nor.html Write this address in browser, then add to favs and clear cache, close and re open the browser and start the rop chain, then click on the other button, it should work, (I just installed cfw in the morning and it worked for me)Thank you for the help.
