Need help with Skyrim saves

Hi there, may not be the place but I am out of solution plenty of noobs posting fake, end game or dead link for saves for BLUS30778 The Elder Scrolls V : Skyrim. if anyone can point me in the right direction please I need any of these:
1- item ids for PS3 v9 to use with BSD. I tried bsd code with 00000f for gold says outaded
2- any way for basic moding health stamina magika and gold will play my way through
3- any starter save not too OP
4- Rumors has it there is a way to convert xbox saves to PS3, is it real?

if not possible can you mod my save it is attached to msg?

Use Leveler's Tower mod if you want cheats like this in Skyrim on PS3, you can find it on Nexus Mods. Put the BSA and ESM files in the Dragonborn DLC folder of the game. Its a PC mod but works on PS3 just fine.

I would use a version that is below v3 as IIRC the V3 is in files that need packing into a BSA archive which needs the Skyrim Creation Kits BSA archive tool to make.

Once booted Levelers Tower will appear on the map just out side of Helgan, near where you exit if you start the game from new, and looks like a Dwemer tower. To mods this type of thing you need to find and use the Lab within the tower, easiest found if you use the in tower teleport pads.

This tower also makes for the ultimate player home with plenty of storage, a mine where 2 dark elves will mine any ore you want them to, Armour stand and trophy room, garden, temple, smithing area, a great library, a battle arena where you can summon and fight all in game enemies, and some unique characters to buy things from and other areas. It will take about a good hour just to fully explore this tower to find all its quirks as well as some really OP weapons spells and dragonplate and scale armour.

EDIT: As for save importing from there is a way to do it, I cannot remember of the top of my head how to do it as I rarely play Skyrim on PS3 anymore, just on PC as I now play it with 4K modded graphics and shaders which I made myself.

Having a good search on Google and NGU and you should find it. It's defo on NGU somewhere as that's where I found the tut on how to do it.

Thank you Cyber CG89 I got the mod, noticed that v3.5a is not a BSA archive as you said tho some version like V2.8 I found on youtube has a structure that matches PS3. I am gonna try v.28 first then match missing files on v3.5a just hope these aren't linked or indexed in strings file or other dictionaries ^^. Thansk again
 
I am a happy camper ^^ LevelersTower 3.5a works. I used BSAopt to pack it put all in BLUS31202/usrdir/npdrm/dragonborn which is the real gameData folder. Tower is there most chest are empty sorting list not working but the levelers gear and perks for health mgika and stamina works well. On the other hand version 2.8 had some issue with texture, NPC and some areas missing like the garden.
In the process I even found a way to make some other mods work for PS3 information found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ps3homebrew/comments/a6jex5/tutorial_how_to_add_skyrim_pc_mods_to_ps3/ this doesn't apply to levels tower you'll loose all textures gear and so on. as per the game version it works only wit Skyrim legendary that have the all DLC BLUS31202 included and can be installed from XMB the PSN versiion BLUS310778 will crash the system only.
