Report your PS3 model. As @LuanTeles says, if it's a super-slim with 12 GB internal flash disk then it's a dead brick.

If you have another model, then remove the HDD, format it on your PC, then connect it back and reinstall firmware.

If you own a Super Slim with the 12GB eemc memory you are pretty much f*****, but if you have any other model just take off the HDD and format it.
