I'm not from UK, i'm from Chile and the TV is a 1080p Led TV, the GTA San Andreas downloaded from PSN Store boots ok but others don't

I gave up about PS2 Games and tried with PS1 games, the game gave me 80028F17 and PSN Games gave me 80010017 after injecting Rif, i haven't tried any BR Disk Games but i installed WWE 2K17 way back when there was LIC.EDAT injection and it worked

Most likely your idps.hex is corrupted or act.dat
In the worst case, rap itself is corrupted

Yeah my han enabler is on.Its somthing with the conversion i think since it asks me if i want to patch the eboot during the process.

Try again but select no to patching.

It does need re-writing though as more information has come to light and my original edit is a little wrong.

But basically, you want 2 user accounts ON THE PS3 LOGIN SCREEN. One signed into your main PSN account. The other signed into your secondary PSN account.

SECONDARY ACCOUNT - Activating/dumping act and idps/installing rif package/installing act.dat and rif
MAIN ACCOUNT - Can be used for gaming/enabling han and even installing game packages. You can even go online with them

Correct.
The best thing to do here is to get familiar with the tools and the information in this guide and start a fresh.
Twice since I started writing this guide I've had to delete my entire WORK folder and start from scratch because I had gotten lost in the huge collection of apps i had gathered and had forgot what step i was doing... lol

But i have followed every step in my kinda about 3 times now, just to make sure everything is working correctly

IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THIS GUIDE.
Please read this guide front to back, side to side and top to bottom before you even turn your PS3 on.
There is a huge amount of information contained herein and if its your first time reading about PS3Xploit, HAN, PKGs, RAPs and RIFs then it might seem a bit daunting to start with.
My guide is designed with the noob in mind but it's still not for the faint hearted. We will be using alot of tools on our PC to get most of this working.
FOLLOW EACH EVERY STEP IN THE ORDER THEY COME IN. DON'T MISS A STEP THERE MAYBE SOMETHING IMPORTANT MISSED.
Basic Windows understanding is prefered but not entirely needed.​

What can i say, i dumped it again, the other dump i had of IDPS.Hex was 0 kb, meanwhile this one is 1 kb, idk if this haves to do with it...

I just click no on all the options then.Im getting the same problem again.I go to the pkg on my usb,wait sevral minutes for it to create the install bubble,i find it in playstation network content and when i install it installs up to 14% then gives me a error halfway through the installation.I have no idea why.

I fixed it now.I had to enter yes instead of no when fake sighning pkgs and now it installs all the way.When i launch the game however im stuck on a black screen and i can press the middle button to quit the game.

Go and re-download Habib's signing tool.If yur being asked if its a psp/psx then you dont have V2 There is an update that automates the psp/psx yes/no process.
Once you have updated, any further resigning will be much easier (y)

Crazy taxi works with no issues

Persona 2 innocent sin for psp gives me a black screen

Persona 1 psp port works with no issues so far

And finally i tested persona 3 portable which has a black screen.You can run the ps2 version just fine though if you can get pkg linker working that is with a lan cable.

2 out of 4 games ain't bad to be fair.

I've tried 3 so far and they all don't work.

Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops+ - Gets to main menu, can navigate menus without a hitch. But black screen once I begin the game.

Gta: Liberty City Stories - More BS

Interesting little tid-bit.

Resident Evil 3 Nemesis is one of my all time favourite games. So, when I first set out to run HAN, this game was my starting goal.
I made a psx classic pkg with the backup I had on hand and installed. It fired up great, until it reached the "Gore Warning" screen. There it sat at that screen forever.

Strangely enough.... About 8 years ago, this happened to me in exactly the same way on my PSP with HEN exploit... Same freeze at "Gore Warning" screen. I fixed this on the PSP when I downloaded a random copy from a forgotten source on the internet. And it just worked perfectly.

So, fast forward to 3 days ago, I dig out my now broken PSP and pull out the 4gb Memory Stick Pro Duo card and found the psp pops version I made all those years ago, a quick bit of copying and ripping and conversions, I now had an ISO to convert into a PKG...

The GameID, TitleID and even the games name was all a mess of characters, but it worked. Kinda.... Gameplay and sound is full speed.... But the sound has a really low pitch...
