Can someone assist.

I keep getting the "Exploit Iniialization Failed" error at the Han Enabler page. Ive cleared all(cache....) and restarted , still the same issue.

Anything else i can do?

Get your copy of COD Ghost as a PSN store .pkg file type. Get it's .rap file. Follow the tutorial and install the game. Activate it and then play.

Hi guys has anyone tried out Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes(BLUS 31369) on their console I have reinstalled that game twice and I still get a black screen I have followed the tutorial to the letter 1.I get the PS3_GAME folder and patch it through CFW2OFW 2.I take the two resulting folders and put them in make backup pkg and run do.bat 3.I get the 3 pkg files and run them through habib's resigner tool 2.0 4. I take the signed pkgs and put them in my pkg linker. The Game,Patch and License all install without a hitch but the game black out after everting resolution to 720p and the HDD indicator stops flashing. What am I doing wrong I also ran into this video online that said that we have to regenerate the LICDIR file if it is missing but my copy already has one should I delete that file and regenerate a new one??? I installed The Swindle(PSN game shows up under PlayStation 3 folder ) game by using a pkg and rif and that game runs fine. Am I missing something here?????

run a server on your pc using mini web and your problems are solved there should be a link in this website

As usual, dont use ISOs. I installed MGS The Phantom Pain using .pkg method. The .pkg is only 12 GB in download. Get the rap file, install and play.

Also I have a question. I used ***PlayStation Store*** to download a psx game, saved the rap, and then resigned both things with the tools provided. But when I copy the game pkg to my usb and try to install it, it freezes on the "Please Wait" screen and I can't do anything besides turning the console off with the controller. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

You have to wait!!!
Like the tutorial says, it looks like the console it's frozen but it's working!
You can check the light on your USB(it should flash,meaning that's it's working)

I'm getting error 80029513 when starting the SNES emulator. I've created a pkg with the rap files but aparently it is not working. Any help?

If I try to start the placeholder I get error 80010006 instead

It IS because of that. It's deleting the exe file

which anti-virus shall i delete?

EDIT: nvm i found the problem turns out mcafee is S@'t and doesn't even let me see quarantined items because i have no subscription. i don't even know why it still quarantines it if i have no subscription

EDIT 2: Deleted it, now reinstalling the pkg_exdata.exe, should work fine now

I installed almost all the games I threw at my PS3 except NFS HP.

And yes, this is a wee bit complicated, but this is what you get when you want things for free. Don't expect people to spoon feed you. You need to work on it, read the tutorials and get an understanding of how it works.

At the end of the day, it just works. For Slim and Super Slim models, there was no hope. These guys made it happen. It was difficuilt, but they did it. So, if they put in so much effort, can't we do our bit ?



A Word of Advise : Use .pkg/.rap file method of installing games most of the time. ISOs and converted game have been reported to give black screen. Each and every .pkg game that I have installed (except NFS HP) have worked flawlessly.



Get your copy of COD Ghost as a PSN store .pkg file type. Get it's .rap file. Follow the tutorial and install the game. Activate it and then play.

I have done this and it works.

On a side note : The game is kinda shitty. Get COD MW3 instead. Campaign and frame rates are excellent

My guide DOES NOT say that this is here for "free" games. My guide is outlining the use your own personally owned games that youve backed up.

I've noticed from your other posts you insinuate you download your games. I'd be careful what you say as piracy isn't tolerated here and I've seen people get banned for much less...

ISO don't work with HAN. They work with .pkg file and its corresponding .rap file.

I'd imagine your doing things wrong then. As the only problems I've had are with psp compatibility. Which I do outline in the guide. ISO games work for me and many others on the forum.

You do seem to shoot people down because it doesn't match your narrative ... Even though what I say is true. Many people here e have already followed my guide and have everything working. If your iso isn't working your either:
A. Not doing it right or
B. Your iso is corrupt or isn't compatible.

This "HAN bullshit" you speak of was never meant for piracy. It is a way of playing your legally owned backups. Because the bluray drive won't last forever. Or the bluray drive has already died..

Only a few emulators at the moment. But there are devs here that could probably cook something special up. It's only been a few weeks since release. Give it some time before you put it down so much

I downloaded 1 game to test and document my process. After that I deleted it. I'm pretty sure in a court I wouldn't be prosecuted for such and experiment. It's not illegal for me to test a method.

Not everyone steals games. I, for one, have a huge game collection that I OWN. So I don't need to illegally download my games. I prefer the quicker loading speeds with backups and Im not burning out my bluray drive in the process nor damageging my disks

But i have qustion . If i want to install dlc for cod ghost should i get the rap file also ?

There is no second face to this. Keep preaching, maybe all those poor friends of mine on this forum will get wise and realise that ISO method is a hassle and .pkg method is the way to go.
