OpenWrt

This is a tutorial (in spanish) where is explained how to install and configure samba in openwrt
https://foro.seguridadwireless.net/...-ftp-mldonkey-transmission-wifi-rtorrent-etc/

Is just that tutorial is old and everything is made in terminal using commands
But nowadays you can do most of that steps from luci in a easyer way

So... dunno, i never used it... but try to translate that tutorial and see how much of it you can do in a "friendly" way from luci

*And im not so sure if the PS2 programs that supports samba requires you to create a user with his specific password in the router, but as far i see most people is doing it... for the user name they uses "PS2" and password whatever you want

So you have installed all the different stuff?
Good!

Where is the problem?
On one side you define the mount-point and then the SMB-share (with password and name preferably).
Where are you stuck at?
Can you provide some pictures?

i get error 303 on opl this screen shots but i can't make it work on ps2 because i can't create new user on this router

Hm... Let's try it with this firmware first and if it fails to work, you can try OpenWRT! ;)
But... Your current FW is easier to handle, so let's try it with that first (a bit more testing)! ;)

  1. I thought you were on the original Firmware (see GL inet on picture 3)?!?
  2. Btw.: Now I see the "advanced settings" in the upper right... That's what I meant with "extra settings"... So they are indeed there, just like I assumed! :P Is that the link to luci?
  3. Most of the modules they mentioned in the tutorial did I list as well before, haha! :)

Glad you got it working!

Just so you know, I managed (somehow (I have no idea what I'm doing)) to compile a working ps3netsrv for the gl.inet AR-300m. It should work for all gl.inet routers of the same architecture, but who knows..?

Credit & source go to jhonathanc - https://github.com/jhonathanc/ps3netsrv/releases

He's released an ipk which might work on other architectures too.

FYI I could never get the zefie repo ver. to work.

If anyone is interested, I can upload the ipk for the 300m.

Cool. That would be sweet if you could upload that. Thanks.
