PS2 OPL Games Fragged

Hey,My Games Are All Fragmented And I Dont Even Know Why But It takes a day or more just to defrag
And Now I Formatted It And Optimized It But Its Still fragmented Is There Any Solution To Play Fragged Games? (and is defragmenting too much good cause i think i defragged too much)

Check your ISO hashes against redump.org database.
Your ISO might be damaged.
Also try enabling compatibility modes in OPL settings.
