A fork of PCSX2 to emulate NAMCO System246 and System256 arcade units

Based on the existing infrastructure of PCSX2, this modification deals with all the system246 components from the expansion board hooked to the arcade interface (repurposed DEV9 BUS, where the network adapter hooks up in your retail ps2)
