I'm not sure PSDLE can get raps of your purchases... I think that content only gets activated when you download it to your console.

Anyways, if you're running HEN or CFW, you can get .raps for every activated content you have on your PS3 using my Apollo Tool.

install the Apollo, go to the "user backup" option, and select "export licenses to .rap". (you need a USB device attached, to save the exported files)

Again, this will only get .rap data for the content that you have activated on the console. (not all your purchases)

Do NOT provide downloads of raps or edats. This is considered piracy.
 
It doesn't contain edats or raps as it just a list of all of the games, DLC and other stuff I purchased over the years plus I wouldn't want someone to steal what I owned.

in any case, try Apollo and you should be able to export .raps for your activated purchases.
Regarding .edats, I think that you will have to backup the files manually, and keep a copy in a safe place.

it was just a list of game/dlc names? no links?
 
It does have links to the packages which I should've removed but overall its a list of games, DLC, etc and anything else I've purchased. I'll do another list without the links to packages later after work.

the links are what i was worried about.
 
Just got around to trying this today. Interesting little tool. Maybe I'll put together a pkgi.txt with some Homebrew links on it...

One thing I did notice, is that the main screen/menu extends beyond the borders of my screen (720p, NTSC) Not sure why that is...

the screen issue is most probably related to Tiny3D lib, and the way it uses "virtual coordinates" to draw the screen. I developed the app using my 1080 screen as reference, but I can imagine that it can get a bit out-of-margins when using a different resolution.

a homebrew list would be really nice. :) I did a pkgi.txt for the NoPSN apps, I'm attaching it for reference

Is there a possibility of you adding an option to Activate .RAP Files (Multi-Select) within PKGi? That'll be convenient, because I have a New Method of Activating them and the .RAP Files automatically transfer into the "/dev_hdd0" Directory. I can use those for future use in case I need to Re-Activate (Referring to .RAP Files), but that's the only option missing. Will that be difficult to create? Thanks for reading!

if you want to mass-import /activate .RAP licenses, just use my Apollo Save Tool

install the app on your PS3, open the "User backup" menu and then select the "RAP import" options... you can import/activate 1 license or all the licenses in bulk mode.

Note: your PS3 needs to be activated (with a valid act.dat file) in order to use this feature

Today i have switch from background to DL mode. After 8% of dl I revert to background and i try to redownload the same file (same url/namefile) and pkgi continue to dl mode ignoring my change. How to reset the download? And why with dl not appear rif creation? Thank u bucanero!
 
this app assumes that your using the latest Cobra payload, which features the "on-the fly license activation" so if your not using CFW with latest Cobra payload, you might seem weird out how to activate the license of the games.

so far the only supported CFW with latest Cobra payload is, Rebug 4.85 I dont know about other CFW but thats the only CFW that im familar with. not a CFW but for non-cfw, HEN v2.0.2 or later have latest Cobra Payload on it.

If yout stuck with lets say v4.82 rebug because you want the full debug features, you can actually use mamba payload.

Hmmm, this have a point, there are also some CFW without cobra/mamba, like the ferrox standard versions, and other old CFW's where mamba is enabled only if you enter a backup manager (iris/managunz have his own mamba implementation)

I guess you could prevent this kind of incompatibilities @bucanero in the same way is made on iris/managunz, when the program boots it runs a function (named "is_cobra" as far i remember ?) to make a query to the custom running processess (either mamba or cobra) and they replies with his identifyers
Incase there is no reply (so there is no cobra or mamba loaded), then PKGi/apollo should disable some features

Actually in the latest version (1.1.6) I added the feature to activate .raps within PKGi, so the latest Cobra payload is no longer required.
As long as the PS3 has a valid act.dat for a user account, pkgi-ps3 will use it to generate a rif license from the rap data.

The .rif algorithm was taken from the HAN resigner tools, and it's a complete implementation with the R,S signatures and all. (doesn't use or depends on any cobra/mamba stuff at all)

if you are using the latest version, you'll see a message before it starts downloading when it's creating the .rif license. Of course, if you're with HEN or latest Cobra, this is not really needed, but it only takes a few seconds :)

anyways, activation is already covered by other apps like reactpsn, so I think it's not critical for pkgi to do more stuff than downloading the data and leave a .rap file around

I found the option and got everything Activated in one go; saved me the time of having to go into PKGi. This is a really useful tool. Thanks for sharing and suggesting it to me!
