Does anyone know how to fix this error code issues?
error 80029780
The playstation all the Ps+ games are not removed or deactivated. Has Sony lost lisence rights or deactivated all the Ps+ games from the store libary? There was so many games released during the Ps+ lifespan now i cant play any of them only games that i have bought my self from Ps store.

Has anyone else this issue? Maybe its related to the new Ps service premium?

Your PS3 is not activated in your PSN account. You will have to login with it on your PS3 and activate the system there. That way your console will be binded to your PSN account and you will be able to download and play your games.

I tried that first did nothing to fix the issue i even tried deactivating from the active all devices then reactivate Ps3 didint fix the issue all the ps+ games give this error some give link to open from ps store. I think i have to try contact ps support on week time.
