I run the launchelf of sp131 but still can not start pops correctly, I get the same error as before, at the bottom it names the delay problem, how do I modify the elf to solve the problem?

1. Open POPSTARTER.ELF with an hex editor, like HxD ;
2. Go to offset $413 ;
3. Change 2 value to 5 and test. Increase it if it still does not work.

I want to thank everyone who helped me, and tell them that the problem was definitely the delay, POPS now starts correctly. I've been with this problem for a few months and I could not find a solution. Thanks to ShaolinAssassin, Jolek, sp193, TnA and krHACKen.

in case someone with the same problem runs into the thread, the value that I put was 5 as ShaolinAssassin said and it worked.

The USB access delay is the first thing to check and increase when a USB device wont work.

hello first thank you for your project you have done amazing job but there are some games that we can't play and they have bug like yu gi oh forbidden memories castlevania symphony of the night final fantasy 7 final fantasy origins tekken 3 etc plz can you do something about those games
