PS1 Ps1 Original Memory Card Not Work Help, Small Component Question

Hello
I bought an original blue transparent PlayStation 1 memory card
it happens that the console does not recognize it i have other memory and they all work
I opened the card and noticed that someone had soldered a part or put solder on it i not sure if this component is original stock ,
if someone have knowledge of what this small component is where can I buy it
maybe the replacement of this part could make the card working again

Hi thanks for making the photos show in post i dint no how to do this i new to this
i hope someone can help on what this small component is , i think this memory card not work because of it someone try to fix it before and solder this part i can notice this solder job is not from factory
