PS2 Intro Loader

PS2 PS2 Intro Loader v1.0

I suppose RADMenu might have it as well.

Having multiple RADShell-ELFs wouldn't avoid the redundancy-problem.

I hope for wLE, FMCB/FHDB and OPL to have arg-supports with config-entries per linked App! That alone would still yield a lot of flexibility! It is quite interesting for a lot of instances...

I guess so if you're not willing to keep it to yourself for whatever purposes, there are certain people we don't want having it plain and simple. You were not one of them, but I don't know this 'we' you are referring to.

Anyway, have fun...

Best regards

I didnt mean to come off as rude I will send you a PM.

Its a great thing,
But, Will this get an update? Hopefully the exit path support to launch elf file on the usb storage.

It *may* get an update just to fix the exit routine so LaunchELF doesn't need to be used to exit to OPL. The PAL / NTSC video modes also need adjusting.

These things were fixed in the AIO version.

Tbh though we aren't working on PS2 stuff anymore.

Could anyone help me with configuring the exit path for this? I'm using Free HDBoot and want it to go into the normal OSDSYS menu once the video has finished but can't seem to figure out how to get it there... (basically I'm trying to insert the PS1 bootup screen between the FreeMCBoot logo and the normal menu that comes up in FreeHDBoot after that). Just love having that PS1 sound again!!

Update: OK it appears it will only exit path to an elf on the Memory Card? That may be my problem as I'm running from the HDD... (still learning this *NOOB*!) Anyone know a way around that?

In the 'intro.cfg' have no exit path specified.
In FMCB/FHDB Configurator go to 'Configure OSDSYS options...'
Set 'Go to Browser:' to 'Force OFF'

Should work, I just tested it :D

Running INTROLDR.ELF manually yes it works fine, but when I set it in AUTO E1 Launch to play automatically it goes into an endless loop repeating the video....

Ah damn, yeah I forgot about that, I only tested manually.

Instead of setting INTROLDR.ELF as AUTO E1 Launch Key, set it as circle or something. Hold the button when you power on then let go.

Even tried setting the exit path to my OPL on the HDD so I could launch OPL by calling INTROLDR but it just goes back to the OSDSYS menu too...

I'll try the button mapping tomorrow...
