This program allows you to convert your PAL titles to NTSC or your NTSC titles to PAL.
It can accomplish:

1. COLOR
2. FULLSCREEN IMAGE
3. VIDEO AND AUDIO SYNC.

Previous programs, like ADR patcher or my y-fix patcher,
already allowed you to patch your title from one video mode to another.
But the image did not fitted into the screen and the video and audio were not synchronized.

The PS2 VFIX works by patching the PS2 Kernel in memory.
The machine code to support the patching is stored in the application executable.
Currently i only tested the NTSC to PAL mode on a V7 console.
So, you will have to take some risks!

Apply this patch over a clean CD/DVD image (not yet patched).
If the image was already patched by the ADR or my y-fix patcher
then the patch this program introduces will have no effect.

USAGE:
1. Select the mode: NTSC to PAL or PAL to NTSC radio button;
2. Click on Browse button and select the CD/DVD image;
3. Hit the Patch File button.

Done.

The password for the archive is "PS2" (without quotes).
It for safety, because some antivirus programs detects the file as a virus - of course it is not a virus.

BTW many people download it, but no one is complaining.

I've tried to convert Naruto Ultimate Ninja 5's iso file from pal to NTSC. But the game still appear in black and white on my tv. And my tv also detects it as PAL. Plz help me. I've tried ADR patcher but the screen doesn't fits in perfectly.

When I tried to patch Forbidden Siren 2, it said "Error: unable to patch." It worked for the other 2 PAL games I patched, but idk why this one won't work.

I'm not sure what is wrong...
This game should be available on DVD9 disc...
Did you try Gran Turismo 3/4 with this patcher?

I used the patcher with the PAL ISOs for Gran Turismo 4 and Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance. It works with them, but not with Forbidden Siren 2. I don't understand why.

This is the Forbidden Siren 2 ELF :

The ELF header ends at 0x80. So if the patcher uses the empty header space for injecting its asm, there's no place here, hence "Error: unable to patch." I guess...

So how do I fix it so that I can patch it?

Do I have to use whatever program that is to fix it so that I can patch it?
