Ps3 8002f997 error

I did discover you can put all the target IDs into one updatelist like this, not sure if that was known or not?

Have you tried OFW 4.83 (Patch) over CFW 4.82 (non REBUG) ?

Dont think so, How do you mean exactly.

I should be on for example ferrox 4.82, then setup custom ps3-updatelist.txt with link to 4.83 OFW patch pup? I expect that will work, or maybe i misunderstand? I can try.
 
It could be possible if the update error with 8002f997 code it because flash drive or HDD eksternal broken? Or maybe must try with another flash drive usb?
I really don't want to spend money to fix my ps to some gamestore tho...
