PS3 CECHA Stopped Displaying video. No USB power

I bought a PS3 60 GB backward compatible on ebay that powered up but no display. I did a delid and reflow on CPU and GPU. PS3 booted up fine. Did a game test and all went well. So I then did a factory restore with success. Booted back up fine. Tested a Ps2 game Need for Speed with success. Then tried a blue PS2 disc Airborn Troops. Screen went black. Now it just powers up with no video and no power in any of the usb ports. I tried multiple times resetting the video using the two beep method. I happened to get the controller to light up 3 and 4 which I thought was odd. Only happened one time though. Any idea what might be the problem with this console? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

you reflowed? very obvious that you have a defective RSX. or some other damage now too. you have GLOD.

PS3 was dead on arrival. I did the reflow and it came back to life. Up until I loaded a PS2 game it went black. Tried a couple PS2 games before and it ran no problem.
