PS3 CFW - where are installed data stored?

I moved GTA V files from my internal drive to external drive (GAMES folder). Suprisingly the game asked me to install it one more time. That led me to the question, where the game files (installed to be clear) are stored? I'd like to delete old installed game files in order to save my disk space. Is this possbile to delete data to install from files (unpacked iso)?

In "PS3 slang" the files installed by games are named "gamedata"
Are files stored in dev_hdd0/game/<TITLE_ID>
You can uninstall them by official means in XMB, at the folder at top of game column, look for the game icon and press triangle ---> delete
