PS3 PS3 Fat no power no red light

Hello everyone!
I have a PS3 Fat cechk. No red light, power, sound, and buttons are not responding, even though the power is on.
Power cable is working(tried on another working ps3), also tried new PSU(EADP-300AB) but no luck, still no red light and power. Checked the white cable that goes from PSU to Motherboard(DIA-002) and its working (showing 5v).
So i guess the motherboard doesnt get power from PSU, and i dont know how to find the problem on motherboard.
Could someone help me find the problem?

I'm no expert, but I have run into similar with something as simple as some thermal paste where it shouldn't be.. I'm sure you've already inspected all traces and the board looks rather clean, but couldn't hurt to double check and run some mx cleaner just to be sure you're not getting a short on the board itself. Paste is crazy conductive as I am sure you are aware. Please forgive me if this is a moot point, but I have ran into an issue after a re-paste of my fat console and just needed some additional TLC to get back up and going, so thought I would throw it out there. Wishing you all the best!

Thx for the advice! I bought this ps3 in this condition. I found out that it misses an AV port. Dont think it misses anything else, seems only AV to me. Could the error be due to a missing AV port? RSX and CELL are ok, they are not delidded.
Also i've marked some suspicious places on the motherboard i found

Of course! Yes, wow... looking at those places indicated, it appears this board has evidently had some hotspots, resistors may be toast and based on the AV missing, this may have been utilized as a parts board due to a previous YLOD or similar. If you have the tinkertime, I would say replace the resistor that looks fried and ensure ground is good... Not sure if can bypass the AV portion, just basic knowledge over here and mostly android so my apologies. It may be worth buying a whole new used console, or finding another broken one for super cheap and grabbing the AV port for replacement for this one... but thats an uneducated opinion lol. I am fairly new to the scene. Whichever route you go, best of luck to you:indecisiveness:

As a last ditch effort, I'd recommend checking this link https://www.psx-place.com/threads/r...s-replacement-ylod.25260/page-204#post-301356 by senior member "RIP- Felix" before electing for replacement, this guide may be able to steer you in the appropriate direction for diagnostic and/or bypassing the AV issue and whether the board is within reasonable repair realm etc. Seems syscon and YLOD is definitely his wheelhouse.
