So, I tried syscon, after several attempts I get the errlog. The error code I get is "A0093004" and accord the wiki this means" (RSX Core Power Failure)". Is it possible to fix this? Someone can explain this with more detail?

Try to open the two nec tokins of RSX from the upper side of the board without damage, search for burning marks, if you see any remove them and replace with 4 tapol 470uF caps and see if works.
