PS3 Game folder to pkg

Hey guys need help turning my skate 2 game folder into a pkg so i can install it on my superslim, found a tutorial but the links were dodgy so thought id come here and ask for some advice on what tools i need to do this, thanks

I presume that you're running HAN (otherwise why PKG xD), so read Part 4.A (or the whole thing, because its very informative!)
