Help Me! (My PS3 Games Are Lagging After I Installed The HBW 4.84) I Tested Few Games Which Lagged A Little Bit.
How To Fix This Issue! (I Have Installed HFW + HBW V2)
My Games Lags and Stucks!
Help Me Guys.

You must have done something well outside just normal, mine run normally, I have no idea what you did. but tell me how you did the installation process.

EDIT: Try rebuilding the database and file system in recovery mode

I Did Everything The Right Way! (My PS3 Was Off For Over 2 months!)
After I Heard About HBW than i started this installations!
I Don't Know Why My Games Stucks Sometime! (FPS Drops)
Is There Any Way To Fix This Issue? (EX:- HDD Format or Fan Speed)
I Also Installed AIO HBW Pkg Which Contained Webman! (my fan speed changed?)

Because your games are giving lagging this I do not know why, unless you try to do what I quoted above. Now the question of fan speed you can configure opening webman i in settings. changing "Enable Dynamic Cooler Control" to SYSCON (default speed), then you save (in the option below) and it will appear another option to restart.
