Ps3 HAN won't work if Psn server shuts down

I was thinking since the ps3 han needs an activated Psn account to work...what if sony shuts down the psn network for ps3 one day?!

Will it be the end of ps3 han?

If i remember right, one of the new feaures that will be included in ps3xploit v4 is to make that activation offline, without connecting to PSN servers

Last time they was talking about this they said the release time of v4 has been delayed indefinitivelly until they finds a replacement in 4.83 for the webkit exploit

That webkit exploit was the first step used to "breach" 4.82, and after it was used another hacks and tricks (that should be working, this additional hacks doesnt seems to be patched)
What is not working is the webkit exploit... it was like a tunnel to infiltrate inside a castle, but now the tunnel is closed in 4.83 so is needed to find another way to enter

EDIT: Nevermind, you meant to activate accounts, can't you also use the PC to do so? I've seen threads of people saying to use the PC.

The psn stays activated on your harddrive aslong as you did it before psn shuts down.

I'm guessing this just means that priorities will change, for example it's a bigger priority right now to find a way to exploit 4.83 rather than further explore 4.82, but if the PS3ProxyServer bypass stops working for 4.82 OFW something tells me they may decide to release the offline PSN account activator before they release a 4.83 exploit so people can still get HAN working.
