PS3 ps3 HD doesn't format at all.

Hello, my PS3 HD is very full so I decided to do a 100% clean install on it.
The however is that his HD doesn't format at all, I want to format it on the computer, and I've used several tools, diskpart, and some other formatting software.
The problem is that whenever I put it on the PS3 it starts the PS3 normally. It only says that the storage must be formatted, and after that it enters normal. Log into my account as if I never formatted it. I did this procedure about 6 times, and so far nothing.
I went to the security menu, I went to option 5, but it just resets the system settings to default.
I wanted that screen to appear asking to put a firmware on the flash drive so I could do a clean format. But it DOESN'T go anywhere.
Does the HD with the PS3 files have any specific way to format? I have the impression that the files are hidden...
I've also tried leaving the ps3 unplugged for a while. In case it's a cache problem.
Does anyone know how to solve??

What is ur PS3 model number. It seems that u have a NAND model and your firmware is stored on the NANd chip. Bye have u chckd the Storage usage in system settings after the format??

The model of this PS3 is the Super Slim, Model: CECH - 4211A -
Apparently he formatted everything correctly, my HD is 500 GB, and there it was showing 412/465 GB

I have information that this console has been unlocked with HEN, could this be an issue caused by the unlock?
Is this really a problem? Or is it just something from the PS3 itself. If so, do you have any solution?

500GB it not the same as 500GiB. Besides that, game partition reserved always 10% of drive capacity + 2GiB for cache partition + 256MiB for VFLASH partition.

Yes, but this handle PS3 itself. You cannot prepare this environment on PS3 side.

It means it is normal. :P You will not get 500GiB of free space from smaller drive, and You will not have full free space because of some size is reserved for other purposes.
