PS3 PS3 PHAT TANTALUM REPLACEMENT FAIL

Good evening, how are you? I'm new to this forum, and this is my first post.
I'm having a problem with my PS3 FATs (CECH L01 and P01).
Previously, they would flash the yellow light when turning on and off but worked normally. They still had the original Nectokin capacitors (one of them had only a few tantalum capacitors installed by the previous owner).
Today, I removed the Nectokins and replaced them with 470µF tantalum capacitors as preventive maintenance. However, now the console won't turn on—it lights up the yellow LED, beeps three times, shuts down, and the red LED starts flashing.
What could have happened? I believe I did everything correctly...
