Ps3 proxy server not connecting

The problem is when I'm trying to connect my ps3 super slim to the proxy server...it's saying :

IP address : succeeded
Internet connection : failed

Can anyone help please?

It depends on your ps3 region.

And use the region that match your ps3..

Mine was UK. So the EU and USA files didn't work for me ..
