Hello guys
I made myself a BGA soldering station - Puhui 8280 + ACHI6500 top heater
Machine itself works fine, but i already ruined 2 rsx - both had vram bleed no matter what i did, i happens at 200 degrees
Somehow before that i managed to remove another dead 90-nm rsx without an issue
I guess it's the matter of thermal profile, but the control is only manual in this case
What i do:
As a precaution i put an aluminium foil on cell and nec/tokins
So there is the question, what do i do wrong?

What i do:
- Put a board on a bottom heater
- Turn bottom heater on, 300 degrees
- Wait until area close to rsx gets 170-180 degrees
- Turn on top heater on 260-270 watts (there is no temp control, only power via dimmer)
- Wait till rsx reaches 230-240 degrees then remove it
As a precaution i put an aluminium foil on cell and nec/tokins
