Hi, this is my first post here. My ps3 super slim turns on for an indefinite amount of time and then turns off. It can stay on from 5 to more than a hour, then it suddenly turns off with no led shown. Temps are okay (52° and 54°, I've repasted it recently).
The syscon error codes are 1005, 5FFF and 2022.
For the 1005 I've searched on the internet for a solution and it seems about the aluminum polymer caps near the cell, but I'm pretty ignorant about it and i wanted some advice to understand better.
Do I need to solder or microsolder? Then what kind of caps should i buy?
I basically wanted to know how feasible it was for a newbie.
If someone has experience with this kind of error I'd be very grateful to get some advices.
