PS3 Ps3 toolset and ps3 xploit error 80710004 europe

Hi all,

I currently face a issue connecting to ps3 toolset and xploit for hen so I cannot cfw my ps3 phat with the toolset or via hen and flash writer because it needs the web browser that keeps getting error
80710004 site cannot be displayed.

I have tried all the tricks in the book, the browser settings, diffrent irl formats with https, http, just ps3toolset.com, cookies, Java, all clean browser, setting up a proxy on my pc to connect via my pc.

I even read other Europeans have the same issue on reddit here.

Can somone please help identify the issue because I think this is just since a day because a couple days ago I could cfw other devices easy but now they just get this error.

I live in the Netherlands, idunno if this is relevant.

I did not notice that at all, I just googled the issue I had and read the reddit but did not see on what reddit group it was posted.

This doesn't work for ps3toolset. Only for HEN. Ps3toolset is busted AGAIN.

Having the same issue, the cfw enabler site ps3toolset is 100% down. We will more then likely have to wait 2 months or longer for the development to fix it.

Ok I found a solution that worked for me using a USB and since i was able to access the ps3addict.github.io on my ps3:

Grab both files and place them in root of USB drive.

Easy PS3HEN install (via USB update method)
ps3addict.github.io

This is the enabler you click on in your ps3 browser thag coro mentions in his guide. I had trouble spotting it so I wanted to highlight it

This does not fix a way to install custom firmware tho which is what I am trying.

original hen enabler can be accessed by disabling cookies on ps3 browser. The main cfw enabler site is down unfortunately.
