Hi all.

The PS3 Toolset was updated to support 4.92 firmware.

The file manager tool isn't available yet in this roll out, esc0 managed to find a few bugs in it for me to fix, it was expected, new tools are always bound to have some however these bugs require a little more time for me to fix them properly and more testing to follow.
I didn't want to make users needing the Toolset for 4.92 jailbreak wait for this extra work to be completed.
Another update will follow in due time to enable the file manager tool.

Hello dear, i hope you are well.
Is ps3toolset undergoing maintenance, or is it down? I noticed the website isn't working.
I didn't see anyone asking here, so I decided to ask, thanks :)

Edit: It's working, just need to use the full url now.

Not connected but, any news about a browser that can handle PS3? Since 25 August the built-in browser is no longer supported and thus more likely not working than it is. Any ideas? Thank you

Well its more like the Google search engine is unsupported now right? You can use Yahoo or duckduckgo for your search. The browser in itself works like always (80% sites unsupported)

There is a thread with a Browser FIX that changes the .sprx file to use duckduckgo instead of Google. Note its only for CFW

my browser was set to blank homepage, and this told me that too.
Any page i want to visit, says the same. usnupported. or could not load.
how to JB if the sites wouldn't load? :/

Its because of HTTPS or certificates or something on modern sites. Im sure ps3toolset.com will work as it has a certificate that the ps3 can understand afaik

Make sure you press START then enter the full Link, Search doesnt work anymore with original files as it uses the google search engine which is unsupported for ps3 as of recently

yes this is the only way. if the address won't fit, press R1 (or maybe it's R2) and it will let you type some more.
